Is there a dress code?
We ask that our guests come in BLACK.
Please wear what you are comfortable in, just as long as it’s black. Think summer-casual!
Some IDEAS below:
Ladies - Black sundresses, denim jeans/black top. Boots/sandals are recommended as the venue is mostly a field (heels might not be the most comfortable.)
Gentlemen - Black button up shirts/t-shirt, shorts, denim jeans, boots/sneakers!
What time should I arrive if I AM camping/staying the night?
We kindly ask for you to show up 2 hours (@ 2:00 pm) before the ceremony starts to allow yourself proper time to park and get situated. (Please reference our "Lodging" page for more information).
What time should I arrive if I AM NOT camping/staying the night?
We ask that all guests who are NOT bringing a camper/tent to arrive by 3:30 pm (at the latest). Grab a drink & take a seat for the 4:00 ceremony!
Can I bring my child/children?
If you do decide to bring your child/children, we ask that you please include them when you RSVP (if they require their own seat/meal. Infants/babies do not need their own RSVP as they do not require their own seat/meal). If you don't see your child/children listed under your party when you RSVP, please text Hali (208) 819-3009 for her to add them.
Where/When do I RSVP?
We invite you to RSVP by visiting theknot.com/coletonandhali/RSVP by May 9, 2025. To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the wedding as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate it.
However, the deadline is May 9, 2025 so if we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand. ♡
Is there cell phone service?
There is not much cell service. We have found that T-Mobile network works best at our venue. Verizon typically has 1 bar of service that should work for phone calls.
Ubers/Lyfts/Transportation?
Ubers/Lyfts will most likely NOT be able to reach you due to limited cell service and the remote venue location. Please reference our "Transportation" page for more information on our transportation service, and our "Lodging" page for more information on camping/lodging arrangements.
Directions/Signage?
Input the address 26189 E. Dudley Rd. Cataldo, ID 83810 into Maps to navigate directly to the venue. Please be sure to enter the venue address into your phone prior to departure as service will be unreliable throughout the drive, with very limited service available at the venue itself. We’ll also have signage along the way to help guide you! For more information, visit the "Directions" page.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. As we all know, weather in North Idaho during June can be up in the air. We are praying for a warm and sunny day, but you never know!
Can I bring a plus one?
If your plus one was written on your invite and/or included where you RSVP, yes.
If not, we kindly ask you to not bring any one extra as we would love to celebrate our big day with those who are closest to us, thanks for understanding!
(If you would like to text Hali regarding a plus one that was not included on your invite/RSVP party, please do.)
Pets Allowed?
As much as we love our four-legged friends, no.
Cocktail hour before the ceremony?
Yes, from 3:00-3:50. We ask that guests arrive by 3:30 - grab a drink and take a seat! Ceremony will start at 4:00.
What type of food will be served?
Mexican! Taco Works is catering tacos, rice, and beans. Two meat options will be provided: chicken and shredded beef.

Will there be an open bar?
We will be supplying an open bar for beer/seltzers/wine, and a "His & Hers" signature cocktail served only during cocktail hour after the ceremony. *Since this is a private property venue, if you have a specific beverage you'd like to bring, feel free!*
We can't wait to celebrate with you all!
